We finally did it! Yesterday was the grand opening of our recording studio, PhoneTx (“the way it sounds”). It was fun. We thank performers, parents, and community members who came to support us.
Ebony Graves and Elizabeth Brannock…you guys are a blessing.

Day at the Museum January 2, 2007

Wednesday Dec 27th, we went to Greensboro’s Historic Museum. It was very interesting and we got some great pictures.
One of the first exhibits were of the old Fire Station and what was interesting was that they had competitions with other Fire Stations to stay in tip-top shape.
We then went to an exhibit of an old phone company and learned how the switch boards used to work.
After that we went to the exhibit of the ‘Greensboro Four’.

and Finally some of Greensboro’s old Baseball Teams
We had lots of fun and really enjoyed learning about Greensboro’s History.

ZildjianI had a great summer. We went on a lot of fieldtrips; that was my favorite part but every time we went on a fieldtrip we had to ride that hot bus! 
The staff were nice and we always had a great time. we went to the computer lab, played outside, went to the gym and other exciting stuff. My favorite fieldtrip was when we went to play Laser Tag. That was the coolest! I didn’t really like the natural science center, I had already seen all of it. My favorite event at the club was our Giant Water Fight.
I loved the summer and I can’t wait until the next.

Last Friday the 4th, we finally had our HUGE water fight. Everyone was ready to get soked 
We had water ballons, splash balls, water guns, and water hoses. Mr. Aaron and Ms. Ebony were out there with us; They weren’t trying to get wet but we got them a little bit anyways

The girls have been practicing dance with Ms. Crystal all summer. Now that we have the Talent Show coming up on August 11, we’ve really gotta step it up. Here’s some of us practicing and a picture with Ms. Crystal.
